Maintenance methods for sleeping bags

According to the advice of down experts, a down sleeping bag can be cleaned once every 4 years. The down sleeping bag can be shared with a cotton sleeping bag lining to reduce washing opportunities, while the cotton sleeping bag lining helps absorb sweat.

1. Please use neutral detergent or specialized sleeping bag cleaning agent to clean sleeping bags, and do not use strong cleaning agents, bleach, or clothing softeners;
2. Before cleaning, the sleeping bag can be soaked for a short time. Use a soft brush to gently brush away easily dirty parts such as the head, collar, and feet;
3. Sleeping bags can be machine washed with a front mounted drum washing machine, but an upper mounted turbo washing machine cannot be used. Before machine washing, flip the sleeping bag outward, pull all the zippers and fasten the buckle. Choose warm water and mild mode for the washing machine, and do not use the drying function. The strong centrifugal force can damage the sleeping bag fabric and lining;
4. Please wash the detergent and soap foam thoroughly;
5. After cleaning, do not pick up the sleeping bag from one side, but pick up the entire sleeping bag from the bottom, otherwise it will damage the fabric and lining of the sleeping bag;
6. Excessive frequent washing can damage the insulation medium and down of sleeping bags, so please try to reduce the number of washing times while maintaining cleanliness.

1. Sleeping bags are suitable for lying flat and drying in a ventilated and dry environment, avoiding direct sunlight, as ultraviolet rays can damage the nylon surface;
2. You can use a commercial dryer with a larger capacity, which should be kept low temperature for drying and have enough room for the sleeping bag to flip;
3. After drying, please continue to shake the sleeping bag and gently tap the tangled down area to fully stretch the down. The sleeping bag should be restored to its original state before being loaded into the storage bag.
deposit
1. For daily storage, please choose a dry and cool environment as much as possible, and ensure that the sleeping bag is clean;
2. Do not store in a compressed bag, as long-term compression can cause the down or insulation layer to lose elasticity, thereby reducing insulation performance. It is recommended to use the complimentary storage bag for storage, or use the bottom webbing to hang upside down in the wardrobe;
3. If not used for a long time, it is recommended to organize the sleeping bag once in a while to fully stretch and air dry it, and then put it back into the storage bag or hang it upside down.
